Terms and Termination

These Terms of Use are effective upon your acceptance (by clicking on "I Accept") and shall continue until terminated in accordance with this Section. Eyeternity Ltd also reserves the right to terminate its relationship with you at any time. Upon termination of these Terms of Use, you shall immediately cease accessing the Eyeternity Ltd website except to the extent necessary to effectuate any of your obligations or rights arising under any orders that are intended to continue beyond such termination. In the event collections proceedings or legal action become necessary, you agree to pay all of Eyeternity Ltd's costs and fees incurred, including lawyer's fees.

Your delivery

All orders placed before 4pm are generally dispatched the next working day after receipt of payment. They will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special delivery for orders within the UK, which typically takes 1-2 working days.  Any orders outside the UK may be sent with an independent courier company and delivery times will take longer. If you prefer delivery by any other means please contact us so we are able to advise you of the additional costs.  Eyeternity Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery services which are out of our control.

We offer FREE worldwide delivery which also includes the handling and packing fees as well as the postage costs.

We may be unable to group two orders placed separately. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Your returns

Eyeternity Ltd endeavors to supply the highest quality goods and services and operates a simple returns policy. We offer a 14-Day returns policy. If any item is not to your liking, simply contact us in your account section to arrange a return. DO NOT return any items without contacting us first.  We will provide you with an RMA number that needs to be printed and attached to the returned goods. All returned goods need to be in original saleable condition which extends to all parts and packaging for the product.  If you are outside that time limit, subject to items being returned in their original saleable condition, this extends to all parts and packaging, you will be offered a Credit Slip for the value of the goods. This can be redeemed at any time.

Please send items back via special delivery for your own proof of delivery, as Eyeternity Ltd cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. This postage cost and transaction fees such as those charged by PayPal and other service providers, are not reimbursed.

Any items returned should not have been used. Once we receive the goods, we will then provide you with a refund or allow you to exchange the items for another product. Refunds after 14 days from the date of purchase are at the discretion of Eyeternity Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms above - this does not affect you your statutory rights.

General

Eyeternity Ltd will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of its obligations hereunder for any delay or failure in performance caused by acts beyond Eyeternity Ltd's reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, terrorism, accidents, fires, floods, strikes, labour disputes, mechanical breakdown, shortages or delays in obtaining supplies, materials, labour, or transportation, interruption of utility services or the Internet, acts of any unit of government or any governmental agency, or any similar or dissimilar cause.
